OK I think I am pretty much close to being were you are with your company Therrin . Only I have no crew and I still work another full time job . I was just wondering were do get most of your work advertising , word of mouth .Are these guys a full time crew ? do you pay benefits-taxes for these guys , or do you just pay cash and 1099 . Do have work to keep you and your crew busy year round ?
