my completely untrained groundies start off at $10/hr.
The new-guy is getting a raise to $12/hr after just a week though. It depends on their work ethic and aptitude.

I'd start a climber out at about $25/hr.

But the workcover for my insurance is absolutely killer, so that puts things into perspective.
