From what you have wrote I would say you are referring to Victoria, Burnley. I hear Melbourne Institute Technology is doing the courses instead.
Well, there's the AQF for training but mostly anywhere beyond Level 3 is assessment only no actual teaching, in arb that is.... however some places might run a course for level 4 etc if numbers suffice.
Who gives a shit anyway, any idiot with a saw is your competitor and this will never be a registered licenced trade so the next Islander off the boat with a Bunnings Poulan wild thing will cut the ass out of your business.
Your orgs have let you down, your shiny asses too. Studying something reputable would be wiser.
I heard that the new COPS coming out of NSW is going to introduce mandatory risk/Hazard assessments at the quote, retainable for 7 years along with quote, regardless if you get or do the job. So many geniuses eh.
You know there's a difference between a desk jockey and a shiny ass dont you?
Difference between a desk jockey and a shiny ass:- At least the desk jockey has industry experience (most likely forgotten though) but a shiny ass never worked a day in their life but thinks the sun shines out of it's ass.
Yes the industry and what industry doesn't want people NOW, like a pizza order slide down the fireman pole and deliver ... BAM, Perfecto crust arbo in 5 mins flat!
Other trades suffering same, was rumour (could be fact) of 18month apprenticeships, yeah, cabinet makers, carpenters and mechanics pumped out in 18 months ... they're the dumb ones though coz the intelligent arbos can be delivered quicker than a perfecto from Pizza Hut.
Yes, what industry demands is always a good indicator of what to bend over for.

Sort or adds a new concept to LEADERSHIP doesn't it.
