Here is another one...

I have stopped using easy outs, too much work with drilling and heating blah blah blah....

Broken stud at or below the surface?
1. Lay a nut on top of the stud.
2. Mig weld the nut through the hole to the stud.
3. let cool.
4. Remove with wrench.
