I was a utility arb for 12 years, however I hung up my leg irons 7 years ago, and only consult and teach now. Don't know what the tipping fee is, but I sure don't miss them Cocus Palms. Now I remove them with my pen, much easier.
The truck isn,t as old as it looks, it has 4 on the tree!
