Is that just dandelions water and yeast? The stuff I made came from a 4 to 1 ration of water to honey then yeast. The wine was made back in 2002 by a buddy of mine. He let it go bad and was about to pour out about 40 gallons. So I ended up makin a lot of shine. Definitely a lucky break for me. Good luck on the dandelion wine, let me know how it turns out.
