I am familiar with morus alba in a weeper, which is white mulberry. I am not with red mulberry. Are you calling this red mulberry because of the red fruit?

Mulberries have a rather uncontrollable twig blight disease that makes them scarce in nurseries these days. The weeping white mulberry was an extremely common tree in landscapes years ago.
