I don't post much but I must after reading this. I will admit that some people will not wear their ppe but not the whole frickin state. I run a small company and my men and I wear our ppe from the time we get on a job until we leave. And Lewis and Jaflo just went through our area and all of them had their hard hats on even the flaggers not working near the bucket trucks. Please do not say "this is the PA way" it's not my way it's your way. Next time I get over your way I will invite you to sit in on one of our tail gate safety meetings.
