Well if you actually ever tried wearing hearing protection you would know you can hear sound over the chainsaw and the chipper when it is of a distinctly different range/pitch...but hey you guys obviously don't need all that since you're soooo safe eh????

Yep and that is evidence of what exactly?????? I hear this from every crap fly by night tree company that gets pulled up for unsafe practices......."but we've been doing it like this for years nobody got hurt till now..."

Nope sorry, won't be doing that free country, free speech.............people celebrate ANZAC day tomorrow here in OZ and just some of that has a tiny bit to do with the freedoms we cherish mate.....don't like criticsm...well don't carry on unsafe work practices then eh.
BTW if you are thinking of taking someone to court I'd have an expensive legal chap (they'll be wearing a suit and tie and have their hearing intact) look over this site the pics and this thread first...cause if I were the one you wanted to prosecute in court I have your business shut down double quicktime, there's thankfully
nowhere in the developed world where unsafe work practices like the ones you've advocated in your post, are legal.
But hey what would any of us know.......
