Well maybe there aren't many people following your list here.
I attempted to use #15 to create the embedded tags, and if you'll notice, you've typed it in such a way that there's an error which won't cause the pics to embedd properly.
But I'll even go a step further and tell you what it is =) (Google it!) hah!

your closing tag there should look like [/IMG] with the forward slash. You left that out and it changes the way the IMG tag's work. (hence, they don't work)
