The 2 you took a picture of are okay for treework.The screw lockers are okay for rigging and hanging saws off of your belt just not for life support.I have said a dozen times before and will say again you need to master drt before you need to learn srt.Also single line rock rappeling is worlds awa from tree climbing.Bodythrusting is the one you should start with.I also recomended you start off with a fool proof knot like tautline[i still use it,mainly one removals where i'll only tie in once.]Also practice using the monkey's fist to lob your rope into the tree.Don't tie into anything thats less than4" diameter and obviously don't tie into anything dead.You need to forget using the ascenders for right now,those are to advanced for your skill set right now butin time you'll be able touse them.By tie in once i mean I'm only crotching the climb line when i get to the top and setting it once i.e not recrotching.
