There was no mention of value. I will state as I have in other posts trees can live fine without us but we cannot live without them. So if you indeed have such high regard for human life it might pay to consider there will be none if trees are not cared for more effectively. My comments above were about stats not values. More trees die at the hands of humans than the other way around. If you would like to talk about value then globally we place the cost of human life at 2.6 million dollars AU if we got into tree valuation and then how many you have cut down at some point you will have committed in real human terms what is equivalent to MURDER.
