I know that's strange ,but i didn't use spikes because i got no.., that saw it's -sthil ms192t 2007year?-we call them "one hand bandit" that why the chain brake it's soo big -for protection,we have got here very similar to yours, but a bit different technics , most part of my work it's about take care of the tree, that's why im workin with rope,and i now removal tree's with spikes it's very easyer and one day im gonna get it.. excuse me for my english ,I'm still learning...ciao
