Yes I agree, There are other negitives aswell.
Look where the water main is and front tap, At a guess I would say it would be a straight line to the kitchen amoungst the root system.
Also the box up the side of the house is a gas main to close to the roots.
This specimen has been there for some time, I hope no idiot removes it. It would have to classified as unique flora to the area.
