Yeah, they do last longer, but I think the reason is because I used to have 18 tips before, now I got 24 - so theres more to spread the load.

What I find is that I have to change the front teeth pair more often to keep it running smooth (it cuts quicker - saves time!), but then I keep the old pair and use them lower down the wheel when they need replacing. This way you can use a tooth until it dies.

But the best thing is, as you say, it only takes a couple of minutes to change the teeth and you dont need to be superman to do it! I reckon I save more money this way.

I wouldn't go back now.
