When ya took out the two tops at the same time, did you use the conventional backcut for the one your were tied into and backstrap and plunge for the other? |
I used a conventional back cut on both tops. Each top had one pulling line with two blokes on each rope. i did it this way because i was worried about breaking one of the heads out if i had done them one at a time.When i took one of the lower branches off it shook both tops,so i thought they best way would be to do both at same time and use the back hinge force against each other to my advantage to minimise the shaking of the tree.
