This bloke has an advert on the local radio, "The best tree surgeons on the Island. All our staff are fully qualified."
Small Island (32miles long and 13 wide) every 1 knows every 1)) we know who is groundies are and they're not qualied. But the customer generally doesn't ask for the paper work because they are not wise to the facts. Something I am trying to remedy, at cost to me, with a small booklet entitled "living with trees", to be given out for joe public, to read and be wise.

Funny thing is, no-one else has to put an ad on the radio for work and boast they're experience, which by all accounts, is all you need by Health and Safety Executive on the Island to be qualified. Great isn't it.........until something goes wrong.
