Think your spot on 'bout the A/C. I can't Imagine the weather in Cincinnati, but the Latitude looks about the same as us, around 39.5, so imagine it cooks some days.
Think A/C would be a must in Oz though, especially on long journeys, but if your just jobbing about no need. It must affect fuel economy to some extent though.

The wooden sides add character but meen more maintenance in the future, luckily not too much rain here though.
