Firstly any one that threatens a pregnant women has no place in this Industry we work in peoples private space,and this NEEDS TO BE RESPECTED,all competive aggresion stops at the quote,$$ to who gets the job,so for the very fact they threatened your wife they need to be dealt with harshly by the authorities,regarding the quality of the Hack job well the picture speaks for it's self,they say a pictures worth 10.000 words...me I think if you do a job you do it to the letter no short cuts unless they safely acheive the same result, IE:compliance to the minimum apropriate standard after all this is what most of us are trained to complete our work to,to me also it appears that no thought,preplaning went into this for the want of a better word..job..and if I was asociated with it would be ashamed as we promote proper techniques and inform our customers of many options to tackle the job before we take the job on,this generally starts when you are quoteing and getting the feel what the customer wants,eg:TD,corrective prune,vine removal,ETC,etc.The fact you say they are qualified makes the whole picture to this job repugnent...and they need there qual's burnt in front of them,having said all this you come across this scenario in NSW as well in paticular as small coastal town called Forster,there's quite a few butchered trees there.and in places where they must have been council approved..go figure ?? long story short I dont like seeing Tree's butchered.
