When my boss goes to climb a tree he usually asks for the ladder, so when he starts goin up, i steady the ladder at the bottom, when his ass is level with my face, he'll fart, it'll be silent then you hear him crank another one out, you look up and there he is looking about as if there was something else that did it.
Another one is while someone is on the back of the truck having a pee, you jump in the truck and raise the tipper, another thing with the tipper is that water collects on the top, if your behind it when it gets tipped , you get wet.
This one isnt a prank but it's annoying, i was about three quarters up a pine taking off the branches when i look down to see that the customer had brought them coffee, they jus stood there drinking, by the time i got done, mine was stone cold, ah well.
