plenty of talking it up, but does any of them know what they are doing, guys like this give the real professionals a bad name (cowboys) they should be supporting each other and working as a team and solving the problems that arise.I 've had my fair share of KNOW IT ALLS aswell and they dont even last a week as they are full of sh

it. They can't do what they told me when they first started

. Now i test them first ,i find the biggest tree and see if they can at least climb up ,that soon sorts the big mouth shitheads out.
