I brew my own beer, at a micro brewery.
I used to home brew but got sick of the work and the mess, especially bottling. Now a days I go to a micro brewery and have a keg system at home. My fridge can hold 3 19litre kegs and a gas bottle lasts around a year.
Here's a link to the brewing process.
Brew By U. Brew your own beer!
I brew a low alcohol, low carb Becks imitation, just love those pilseners.
My BIL brews/makes brandy and bourbon, lot of work in that, it's OK but nothing like the real deal but close enough for half the price.
The best thing I like about these home brews is no preservatives or stuff that you dont know about. Even on the full strength stuff you dont get dry horrors or muddle headed ... I'm sure that felt like I smoked 50 cigs feeling comes from the additives.
Home brew, way to go.
