The young fella in the video, on his mothers arm, is 'Young Jack', as he is known as to his colleagues, at the Manx Steam Railway workshops. Jack has followed his fathers ambition of Steam engines and has the same character as his father. Like his father, an extremely likeable guy.
Fred's legacy to Jack, was his famous Traction Engine, 'Betsy'.
You can see a 'Young Jack' stood on the foot plate.
