This enables a BODY like Q build to monitor further learning. Which I totally adhere to. We as professionals are like vets... we work on many different types of lives and yet in no way are asked to show proof of our understanding of said subjects. Closer scrutiny must be paid by a singular governing authority to control our work methods as with carpentry, nursing, electricians, etc. We have no such body as yet so no controlling factor of work methodology. hence lax laws
