Not to nag... but it should be "which do you prefer?"

I've used both. They both have pros and cons. Depends...

Big dismantles where you've gotta spend a little time inbetween waiting for the rope to come up and down, etc... or waiting around for any reason, the single strap is more comfy.

As far as agility, the seperate leg straps are best.
