That would be one heck of a ride, a steel cable with a cast pulley. I was a bit suprised that the cable wasn't non-twist type. I am also curious as to how the pulley and pin were put together. Were there bearings in it or brass or maybe just steel on steel. Seems like the last choice would create a lot of heat.

I don't know in UNICEF even knows those people exist, a better idea might be for the US DEA to send some money back to the place that is corrupting the young minds of Americans. (Illegal drug seisures) Kinda like the parabol "give them a fish or teach them how to fish".

Even when the ride is over there looks to be a healthy walk for them.

On a lighter note, I was wondering what the DOT, ANSI and Tom Dunlop would consider SOP for the users of the device?
