Does anyone know if there are two cables like this in different areas?

I saw something like this - almost exactly - on something like the History Channel or Discovery Channel about 2 to 3 months ago.

But I don't think it's the same exact video.

At first I thought the post was referring to the Columbia River Gorge in Oregon, but noticed that it was a gorge in Columbia.

Would they need two cables to make the work? One angled each way?

Or would they raise one side and lower the other somehow?
