Never was outfitted for gear which they promised. Used all my gear. They said they recomend removals 1% of the time. 45 removals in one month. I felt like a an urban logger. Driving 45min. to work sucked to. lots of promises and NONE happend. Hope that shop drowns. It was probably the same salesman from the 70's.
