eric--most jons use a tillitson carb--and of all ive worked on, and owned, their a top quality carb--him selling you a new carb???? ok, but all ive ever had to do, is put a new kit in, and theyre normally about 10 clams. and this one carb, had set for 7 years!!!!! a smelled like turpentine!!!! put in a new kit, primed, popped right off, and i was able to set the fuel. runs fine.
