Having just reading some of the other threads here with the scholarly types, we don't know what the Latin, Greek, Austrialian or pre-Cromagnum era term for Ma and Pa Kettle is BUT that'ld be us.
Seriously, we keep it simple, our gear is stored in the space behind the seat inside and rakes, shovels, picks, etc, in the space between the truck bed and side boards. We use a load handler (sliding tarp) for unloading. Works for us.
