Default Re: favorite brand of saws.

I'v worked for a couple different companys which ran a stihls and husky. Never had much prefernce for either. both good machines. Well until now. The guy I work for is better then most on maintaining equipment but we cant get through 2 jobs without one of the huskys going down. Its a ongoing joke. The muffler falls of or the trigger breaks. He runs two stihl ground saws and two 200t trim saws. no problems. The husky groun saw and husky falling saw are problematic. I herd when husky sold out to wall-mart, Lowes, home depot. Their product went down hill. I will say my 338xp has taken down many trees and i to this day have Never had a problem with it. Are chainsaws Like cars. Some bad models are put out so buyer beware? Im still waiting for my Honda. Well any Japanese motorcycle company to put out a chainsaw. Not Shindawa.
