I just wait a week and tell them the next days job is removal of 20 langanara's and we've got no suits left ( but I wait till it also going to be a really hot day) you should see the looks on their faces

also another i sometimes throw in but not too often otherwise they dont fall for it is, the next job the customer has this really wild bull mastiff, would they mind to catch it and tie it up, the owner left out baseball gloves and gave instructions that whatever they do do'nt turn their backs on it and they'll be fine.
( there is always a dog to tie up but it's a little thing not a mastiff)
anyone got any other good ideas for me for payback?

I love a good practical joke.
How are ya Polly?
I hope you and Stef & kids had a good Christmas/New Year.

as for a prank,

Wait till your crew have just finished a big job and they are nearly home, then ring them up and say you've just had the customer on the phone complaining about the cleanup they did at the job.

They will swear black & blue that the customer was happy with the job.

You then reply "the customer told you they didn't want to complain at the time as they felt intimidated."

Tell the crew they have to turn around and go back to the job and redo the cleanup.

Make up some story about the customers husband being a lawyer or something.
Act a little pissed off with the crew like they have let you down, and then hang up on them.

Then give them about ten minutes, in which time they should have turned around and be heading back to the job.

Then ring them up and let them in on the joke.

As for the Vietnamese lady ringing up for a job,
sounds like you've been pranked again.

cheers Simon
