Well that's less than heartening.. but thanks for being upfront.

So Ekka... you could make a reasonable argument that based on the placement, the surroundings, degree of maintenance, etc, that they are not a good choice of tree for that house, and possible removal is also recommended?

In your opinion, would it increase or decrease the property value to have them there or not?
