I had a mate how owned a swag of trumpets, He use to pull up in my driveway and put a pan strait under his trumpy,Before he started it as he was going...He would fill his oil tank up..LOL..It used to crack me up every time I seen him do it.

I remember once on a run there was police parked on the side of the highway outside of Buladelah,They let me pass but started waving my mate in,..I could see what was going on in my review..This copper waving him in and the headlight falls of it's mounts and it just hanging by it's wires,I lost it I couldn't stop laughting for miles..The copper just shook his head in discust and waved him on..LOL..LOL.

I have a lot of respect for Triumphs a good Machine.
I had a 70 tri bonne JayD. You had to wear one of those hard hats with 2 beercans and a hose but instead run oil straight to the crankcase while riding.

New Triumph only same as old in name. Brit billionair bought name and has been doing pretty good with it. I ve had 3 , a 98,200l,2005 and put 12k on each and had no probs out side of a deer (long legged rat) trying to end both of our lives.

Harley is often the object of jokes around here, often referred to as Hardly Movinson. Most guys bring a tow line with them and I don t blame. Just kidding , they are a beautiful ride and if I ever grow up (I m just 59) I might consider buying one of them, then I too can ride by other inferior bikes and refuse to wave at them.
