It was for a town that hired them to do an inventory of street trees with grant funds. The town planner did not know what to do with it because there were no other options offered; the form just said "defect-poor condition-remove".
I was hired for a 2nd opinion and gave it. Their inventory was a waste of my tax money. Davey lowballs inventories, seemingly as a "loss leader", to get their foot in the municipal door. Tree assessment done by kids just out of school.
I hear Davey's best researcher guy quit. Sounds like the company's going downhill. Danny, I'm sure some crews and guys with them do good work, but overall it does not look good for the company. I'm told that they are working on the problems, but "quality control is an issue".
