I use Triaction auto lockers on my harness most of them petzel williams. and always steel for rigging usually dual action but some screw gates.

I will not use screw gate on my harness on 2 separate occasions i have looked down at my harness and they have unscrewed themselves one was jarred open a little scare at the moment. ( i know it was done up originally i don't leave the ground with out checking twice.)
