Another delayed thought. This is the part of certification that really matters. I think the test is just an initiation. Not very hard IMO. We recert you are forced to keep learning and in the process should keep current.

I really ISA would acknowledge this time/credit acquisition on your certification number of somehow. It would probably keep more indivs from quitting.
