Therrin, there is an extreme shortage of rental space, you couldn't even find a house to buy. We are experiencing a mini population boom right now, they are mostly retirees from Alberta. They are tired of high utility costs, crime, and the fast pace of lifestyle. We are all laid back in Sask.
