Police make a lot of judgement calls, intent, attitude etc.
For example, drinking in public places is prohibited however there's mum, dad and kids in a park having a nice BBQ. They have a beer or wine etc ... no biggie no-one gets booked.
But in the carpark are some young hoons drinking, they get booked. The line I find is pretty clear for most part. |
