One of my teachers was once telling us that an Arborist that was trained in Aerial Rescue carried his rope cutting knife
RESCUE KNIVES & MULTITOOLS everywhere in the event of an emergency call out... The coppers picked him up and booked him for a concealed weapon even though he had a legitimate excuse.
