OK, "Once upon a time", You could carry a knife not exceeding 4" in blade lenght..Then because all these idiots out there that couldn't roll with the blows..and get over it..They just had to stab em and slab em!..All knives are ilegal to carry or to have in possesion, As allways the Idiots stuff it for the ones who responasibly used a blade.
