Yep it works now, but I tried different values this time. Doesn't work or calculates nothing when theta is 90 degrees though.
The calculation could be implying that the tree would fall over due to it's own weight, and therefore no weight would have to be pulled, but I sereously doubt that because in some cases the crown is far from symmetric or assymetric in the felling direction.

I strongly feel that these calculations aren't correct or near correct.
