I wonder with all the advice given if Newguy18 is suffering from more anxiety now?
His chest pains should be something to be concerned about aside from his HBP.
Unless ones blood pressure is so high to cause headaches or nose bleeds, one generally doesn't feel it. Shouldn't have heart pains anyway!
Might even make one feel more energetic!
Lowering blood pressure with those meds is what will slow one down!
I've heard some folks quit taking their meds because they feel better without them!
Guess that would be ok if they were only interested in a short life span, huh?
