You can find yourself in a position where you don t have the fitness to power yourself out of it and get in trouble. Especially with your desk jockey job you might want to pump some weights and maybe hit the road for some mileage running prior to climbing. Climbing will find the weakest link in your body. Smart thing is not to have any. |
