How did you first learn you had that problem? How low was your EF.
I'll bet there are many folks who are walking around with uncontrolled high blood pressure who are in various stages of LVH that aren't aware of it.
When that condition starts causing noticeable problems, it's often beyond minor.
Can't overlook kidney and eye damage either!
The real problem with hypertension is folks not taking it seriously when they are feeling ok.
I would think ignoring it because you can't afford to see a doctor or the medications would not be much different than continuing to climb with a questionable rope because you can't afford a new one.
