That story reminds me of another silly old bugger that I know of.
While I was working for my old boss w/my brother inlaw (when I was 13), they were taking down some tree in the back corner of the yard where the neighbours house was hard up against the fence.
The old bloke was out there on the roof with his pool cleaner scoop the (20ft pole) trying "support" (they were tied) the branches away from his roof as they were being cut. My boss told him to piss off inside and we'll handle it. Dropped out his badge (He was a copper) to the old cracker and the guy went in and we got no more trouble from him. |
