Who knows why my heart acts up.I know that all the years of drinking 3 and 4 pots of coffee and energy drinks didn't help me.I'm sure not eating right contributed to it and its in my family's background[on both sides].i'm not really bragging as it sucks when you gotta slow down or stop because you chest hurts.Today was probabley my first day with only 2 1/2 cups of coffee since I was 9.I do believe I also told once how I feel about getting old no need to repeat it here. |
