have you ever heard of the term "tracking". check it out. only 400volts. would youstick your hand onto the bus bar in your panel at home? newguy you sound so nonchelant about them. have you ever been nailed? hopefully when ya do it not lethal or at least someone is there to put you out when you catch fire. the entrance holes are usually minute but the exits are nasty.
just a tip: wear gloves, no hooks, and dont rest on the tree when cutting limbs near them as whatever is touching the tree will be your path to ground.
