I'm sorry Therrin, but in the pictures of your first post those cables seem to be in front of the damaged section. I could be wrong though... And when it's a bundle, they are probably isolated with rubber coating. We touch cables like that out here all the time when pruning. No problem... But that's here, I've never seen the cables you guys have hanging around.
