I actually got sidetracked too but thanks for the suggestions, I'm looking into them.

As far as the place it's going... its not a neighborhood, private ranch, tucked back up in a canyon. There's lots of space, and no worries about things like paved roads and sidewalks. I've been doing work for them off and on, just dropped by there today actually. Told them I was workin on it, they said take your time. Nice folks.
